ICBC FAQ

No referral is necessary for treatment. All our licensed therapists are trained to do their own full assessments post-accident. If you are being treated for an ICBC claim, you will be given a claim number which you must bring to your appointment. You will be automatically pre-approved for treatments up to 12 weeks after an accident.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your initial appointment to complete necessary paperwork. All our treatments can range from 30 to 60 minutes. All appointments are one-on-one hands on time with your physiotherapist. The number of sessions you’ll need depends on your condition. During the initial visit your therapist will assess you, determine your treatment plan and discuss this with you after the assessment.
