What is Active Rehabilitation?

Active Rehabilitation is active exercises done by the clients to promote mobility and stability during physical activity under the supervision of a movement specialist, a Kinesiologist.

Kinesiologists are exercise experts with a strong background in physiology and movement and are trained to help you perform to the best of your abilities. They are experts at formulating and adapting workout plans that will meet your specific goals.

Active Rehab can help you:

  • Improve your balance and agility through plyometric training
